Our Business
Sustainability and responsible business practices are part of every aspect of our operations.
OUR STRATEGY
Leading with Purpose
Our goal is to be the most trusted and preferred brand and supplier in all our business areas driven by our purpose to improve lives by developing resources sustainably. To achieve this, we must consistently deliver on our three S’s – stable supply, stable quality, and stable technical services – through a relentless focus on quality, productivity and cost. We measure and track our performance against our commitments and evaluate our actions to ensure we deliver impact in accordance with our 5Cs business philosophy. Furthermore, we continuously monitor, verify, and report our progress in accordance with industry best practices and standards.
OUR OPERATIONS
Sustainable from Forest to Customer
We run a vertically integrated supply chain, managing the lifecycle of our products from forest to factory and then to customers in more than 110 countries around the world. Our operations include plantations, conservation and restoration, offices, production facilities, transport and infrastructure and mill-site housing for employees.
OUR INNOVATION
Driving Progress
R&D excellence underpins our growth, unlocking scientific advances such as new clonal plant breeding techniques for sustainably increasing plantation yields and better management of carbon and other emissions from our production.
Sustainability is part of the fabric of our company, transforming how we grow as a business to serve your needs.
