Our research lab cultivates millions of high-quality tree seedlings each year, enabling increased production while ensuring forest protection.

 

At the heart of APRIL's Riau Complex in Kerinci is our Tissue Culture Laboratory (TCL), where innovative science supports sustainable tree growth and environmental stewardship. This supports producing 36 million eucalyptus and acacia seedlings annually.

Advanced tissue culture techniques at TCL ensure a steady supply of high-quality seedlings, contributing to increased plantation efficiency and resource optimisation. By focusing on sustainable production, APRIL drives innovation to improve productivity, while staying true to our commitment to the environment.
